Large media firm in NYC seeking Sr. Developer to join their for a long-term contract role.
* 5-years web development experience; fluent in HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX
* 5-years experience developing websites using PHP.
* 3-5 years using Mysql. Fluent in SQL; proficient at Mysql administration.
* 3-5 years using Drupal. Must have experience writing or modifying Drupal
modules.
* Experience with Apache web server configuration and general unix/linux
server administration.
* Experience supporting and scaling high-volume and high-availability web
sites. Must provide examples and detailed explanation of role in providing
scalability to the web site.
*Experience hiring/managing vendors, as well as junior development staff.
