Summary:
At Patch, members of the Analyst Group gain exposure to solving the company's most challenging questions. Analysts will work closely with all parts of the business developing, evaluating and reporting metrics and presenting them to business unit managers and executives. Top-performing Analysts will be considered for selected operating positions within the company.

Responsibilities:

* Develop, drive, and execute analytics initiatives
* Work and think strategically both independently and collaboratively
* Conduct primary and secondary research
* Analyze research to identify key findings and learnings
* Build reports and presentations that frame findings and conclusions

Requirements:

* Energetic and self-motivated candidate with 2 to 4+ years experience in online media, consulting, or finance
* Passionate about working in a start-up environment - a "do what it takes" attitude and entrepreneurial bent
* Passion for online media, news, and redefining community journalism
* Detail oriented
* Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
* Ability to run independently on projects with minimum supervision
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience with web analytics and stastitical methods preferred
* Experience with data analysis, forecasting, reporting is a plus
* Familiarity with Omniture or Salesforce a plus

Project Manager w/Website Experience

Top Media and Entertainment firm is looking for a Project Manager with Website experience. This position supports a great website and property! This is a great opportunity to work in a great culture with exciting work. Requirements for this position are that the candidate have experience in formal Project Management enviornment. In addition they should have PM experience working with the Web, be somewhat technically savvy and have dealt with multiple stakeholders in their work. The Project Manager should have 5 years of relevant project management experience in internet technologies and /or software development. Outstanding interpersonal and teaming skills and a proven track record of managing multiple projects within schedule and budget. Experience developing project plans that include multiple inter-dependencies among diverse projects and multiple customers. Experience developing a Statement of Work that identifies scope, requirements and deliverables. Good understanding of WBS and critical path management. Working knowledge of change management technologies and scope control methods, performance measures and experience with operational transitions and project closeout.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing projects to achieve product deployment and enhancement, operational improvement, functional improvement and sales and sponsorship deployment.

Ad Operations/Online Trafficking

One of the largest Media and Entertainment firm with leading websites is looking for Ad Operation role to handle on -line trafficking.

The Ad Operations Associate reports to the Ad Operations Manager and is responsible for all aspects of an advertising campaign once the deal is sold. The Associate provides ad specifications and gathers assets from agencies, tests tags, traffics creative and monitors delivery. The Associate works closely with the Sales Development staff on optimizing campaigns as necessary.
The ideal candidate has 2 years of on-line ad traffic experience and knowledge of the DoubleClick DFP system is a plus. Experience on Solbright is a plus. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns at the same time, and be proficient in Excel.
